Shareholding

The company is structured to reflect its ownership and empowerment profile:

• Leon Retief – 60% (previously advantaged)
• Lloyd Saunderson – 40% (previously disadvantaged)

This structure supports both operational control and a balanced ownership model aligned with the Namibian business environment.

Workforce

As an owner-managed business, Pegasus benefits from a combined 47 years of experience within the Namibian oil industry. This depth of experience has enabled the company to carefully build a workforce with the right technical expertise, industry knowledge, and commitment to its goals.

The team is selected based on proven experience and alignment with Pegasus’ standards, ensuring consistent service delivery and long-term value for clients.

In total, Pegasus employs 15 staff members across its operations in Windhoek and Walvis Bay, supporting both operational efficiency and national reach.
